All personal information given by you through this website is stored at Arlington Moore Search & Selection head office, DBH Business centre, melton court, Gibson lane, melton, east Yorkshire, HU14 3HH. You have the right at any time to request all information you have given to be returned. We ask that this request is made in writing. Arlington Moore Search & Selection have the right to charge a small fee for this service.

We may chose the right not to accept your order for any reason. If this happens a full refund will be given. We also reserve the right to withdraw services at anytime for any reason, examples of this is abusive or offensive behaviour from a client to a member of Arlington Moore Search & Selection. If this happens a full or part refund will be given at the discretion of Arlington Moore Search & Selection management depending on the amount of work carried out.

All CV’s will be revised free of charge until you are entirely satisfied with the personalised product and the request for dispatch has been received by us using the appropriate form which you will receive by email. We will deem on order as accepted if we do not hear from you within 3 months of the emailed CV. Once an order is accepted it is not possible to cancel it. In the case of orders being cancelled prior to completion we will require cancellation in writing. Following this we will honour a part refund based on the amount of work that has already been completed. Cancellations cannot be reversed. Payment is required in full using paypal prior to any work being carried out. All prices are exclusive of VAT therefore VAT will be added to all fees. Arlington Moore Search & Selection VAT number is available on request. Should an error be made during payment the required refund will be made pending further investigation by Arlington Moore Search & Selection Managing Director. All prices are subject to change at any time, however once terms and conditions have been accepted charges will remain the agreed amount Price list

Your personalised curriculum Vitae will be dispatched through to the email address that you have provided. Whilst every effort is made to secure confidentiality during email transmission, email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error free. The Arlington Moore Search & Selection does not accept any liability for any errors or omissions in the contents of the email that arise as a result of email transmission.

Viruses: in keeping with good computing practice we take reasonable measures to scan emails and attachments prior to their transmission. However, it is your responsibility to take precautions to check for and to protect against viruses. We accept no liability for loss or damage caused by any virus transmitted via email. You should carry out your own virus check before opening this email and any attachment(s) sent with it.

In the case of Personalised CV’s being on disc sent we accept no responsibility for loss or damage however we are prepared to honour your custom and make every effort to re-send the information either by email or by post. You can request a courier but this should be organised and paid for by you.
